Merry Christmas From The Willow Team!

It's Christmas Eve,  the bells a jingling because it is less than 24 Hours until the big day. The time we start asking ourselves have i  brought enough presents? have i got enough food? Am i ready? Wrapping up the pressies and making sure your ready for the fun and festivities.Because this time tomorrow many of us will be carving up the turkey and spitting out the sprouts.Its when the magic of Christmas really begins,and this year we will have a White Christmas,looking out the window as i type it looks like a Winter wonderland.

We have been really busy with all your Christmas orders this month thank you very much and we hope you all love your purchases, we have some gorgeous new products ready for our website in 2011 very exciting!

All  website orders over the festive period will be posted on the 4th of January.

We would like to wish two members of our team  a Very Happy Birthday Lauren who's 18 on Boxing Day and Sam who is 21 on the 27th Dec.

And say a Big Thank you to our staff for all there hard work this year,it wouldn't be possible with out you!

November News!

Can you believe its less than a month till Christmas already! Where does time go?
We have been busy bees here at http://www.willowpatterns.co.uk/ with the Christmas rush we have been wrapping up your goodies and going back and forth form the post office making sure you get your deliveries as fast as possible.We hope you are all happy with your purchases and if it is a gift that the lucky receiver is a happy bunny!
We did a spot of Christmas shopping ourselves when we took a trip to London at the beginning of the month for the Country Living Christmas Fair a great day out to get you in the Christmas mood.

We visted Paddington Bear.

No trip to London is complete without a trip to Covent Garden and we also popped into the Primrose Bakery for a Cupcake and a Coffee so cute we loved it!

And in the evening we went and saw a West End show Priscilla Queen Of The Desert which is so funny,camp,fun and feel good has to be one of our favourite shows we have seen.

Rainbow Cake!

I wanted to share with you all this amazing cake my friend Emily made for me for my birthday :)

I used to think red Velvet cake was impressive until i saw and tasted this yummy rainbow cake! and whats more it was complete with popping candy!

Pinky Murphy's Fowey And The Eden Project!

Recently some of the Willow team took a trip to Cornwall to visit the Eden project.On the way we stopped  off at possibly one of the coolest cafes we had ever been in Pinky Murphy's in Fowey.

Decorated in everything surf retro and kitsch even with half done knitting that you could add to while you were there.We all had some really tasty paninis  and yummy drinks,and enjoyed the surroundings take a peek at some of the photos we took:

Then we went to the  Eden Project first we we visited the two biodomes which are amazing and there are some really pretty plants in them and it is incredible how hot the tropical dome is! We were thankful that halfway round we could purchase a tropical drink with coconut,pineapple,mint and a tropical fruit which slips my mind but it was very yummy!

When we had coffee in the cafe we learned all about pressing apple juice and in the Mediterranean  biodome we were told a story about the legend of the mermaid of Zennor by a very good storyteller.

All in all it was a great day and if you haven't been it is worth the trip.
